Born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, Richard Ramos is a seasoned expert in the glazing and glass installation industry with over 35 years of hands-on experience. As the second-generation leader of a family legacy, Richard began working in the glass trade during his teenage years and officially took over the family business right after graduating high school. What started as a small residential operation has since evolved into a respected commercial glazing firm known today as The Richard Company.

Under Richard’s leadership, the company transitioned into a certified dealer and trusted vendor for major industry brands such as Arcadia, Kawneer, Glasswerks, Oldcastle, FHC, CRL, and Stanley Access Technologies. His expertise spans complex system integrations including design-build solutions, water and air infiltration control, structural glazing, and architectural envelope systems.

Richard works closely with architects, design firms, general contractors, commercial builders, and real estate developers to bring bold visions to life through precision glasswork. His knowledge of performance systems and collaborative project design makes him a strategic partner on every job site.

As a father of three, Richard is proud to continue the family tradition, mentoring the third generation as his son Isaac joins the company. With a growing portfolio of commercial projects and long-standing industry relationships, The Richard Company continues to build with excellence—layered in legacy, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality
